This is for general information to all concerned that the Selection Committee of the college has prepared the 2nd Merit cum Waiting List (Category wise) for Admission to B. Ed. 1st yr. for the session 2022-23. The vacancy position is as under :- General- 15, OBC- 04, SC- 02, ST (P)- 05, EWS-01. The selected candidates of 2nd list and waiting list must have to present in the counseling process at 10.00 AM positively in the college.

This is for general information to all concerned that counseling and Admission in to    B. Ed. 1^st Yr  classes  for the session 2021-2022 from GUBEDCET-2021 Final Merit List candidates is as under :-

Total Seats : 50

Cut off Marks  :  a) Unreserved Category – 60  b) Reserved Category – 50

Reservation (as per  Assam Govt. Rules) : MOBC/OBC-15%, SC-7%, ST-P-10%,

ST-H-5%, PWD-3%, EWS-6%

The following documents (Xerox copy) must be submitted along with the Admission Form-

1. Admit Card of B. Ed. Entrance Test, 2021
2. Online Merit Result Sheet of GUBEDCET, 2022
3. HSLC Admit Card/ Certificate
4. Mark sheet and Certificates (HSLC onwards)
5. Category Certificates (MOBC/OBC,SC, ST(P&H), PWD, EWS)
6. GU Registration Certificate/ Migration Certificate
7. Two Copies of recent Passport size photographs.

 

Rules of Admission:

1. Incomplete Forms will be rejected.
2. Time of Counseling and Admission: 10.00 AM to 03.00PM.
3. Selected candidates will have to take their admission on the given dates otherwise their candidature will automatically be cancelled.
4. The candidate should produce all the related Original Documents at the time of admission.
5. Any candidate found producing fault information his/her candidature will be cancelled.
6. Selected candidates working in any department should have to produce NOC from Competent Authority at the time of Admission.
7. Attendance during the session must not be less than 75%, otherwise they will not be allowed to sit in the Final Examination.
8. Selected Candidates will have to pay the Admission Fees Rs. 53,000/- (Fifty three thousand) through Online process (www.onlinesbi.com- SB Collect). Cash or cheque will not be accepted.
9. Candidates will have to pay Rs. 2,000/-(two thousand) in cash as Union and Festival fee at the time of Admission.
10. Online Payment Receipt must be submitted at the time of Admission.

 

N.B.: Admission list is prepared considering the category which is mentioned in the final merit list published by Gauhati University on 5^th January,2022.                                                                Principal,
